About us
Your neighbors, not a national franchise
SHI Radon Services is a locally owned Colorado company. We test for radon, install mitigation systems and repair the ones already out there, from Fort Collins to Pueblo and Limon to Breckenridge.
How we work
- Our own technicians. Every installation is done by our certified technicians, never subcontractors.
- Certified and licensed. Current NRPP certification, and licensed by the State of Colorado for radon mitigation and radon testing.
- We see it first. Every quote starts with an onsite visit, because no two foundations are the same.
- Flat-rate pricing. You know the cost before any work starts. No hidden fees.
- Guaranteed results. If your levels don’t drop below 4 pCi/L, we make it right.
Homes and commercial buildings
Most of our work is in single-family homes: basements, slabs, crawl spaces and combinations of all three. We also test commercial buildings and multi-unit properties, and we service existing systems no matter who installed them.
