Radon system repairs & certification

We repair most existing radon mitigation systems, whoever installed them, and certify them for correct operation to NRPP standards. If your system isn’t performing, we get it back to spec and give you the paperwork to prove it.

How a repair works

  1. System diagnostic

We check fan performance, pipe integrity, suction points and seals to find every issue before any work begins.

  2. Repair estimate

You get a clear, itemized estimate before we touch anything. No surprises, no hidden fees.

  3. Repair & restore

Most repairs, like a fan replacement, pipe reroute or seal repair, are done the same visit. We work on most brands.

  4. NRPP certification

Once it’s fixed, we certify the system for correct operation and give you written documentation for your records.

Signs your system needs a look: the manometer on the pipe reads level (no vacuum), the fan is silent or noisy, or a new test comes back at 4 pCi/L or higher.

Bought a house with a system already in it?

Many Front Range homes change hands with a radon system that nobody has checked in years. A diagnostic and written NRPP certification tells you whether it’s working, and gives you a record for when you sell.
