Radon testing for homes & commercial buildings

Buying, selling, checking a mitigation system or meeting a requirement: we run EPA-protocol short- and long-term tests with certified lab results.

How testing works

  1. Site assessment

We pick the right test type, how many devices and where they go, following EPA and NRPP protocols.

  2. Test deployment

Certified devices go in the lowest lived-in level under closed-house conditions. Short-term tests run 48–96 hours; long-term, 90+ days.

  3. Lab analysis

Devices go to a certified lab. Expedited turnaround is available for real estate transactions.

  4. Results & next steps

You get a written report and we walk you through it. Elevated? We give you a free mitigation estimate.

What your number means

Radon is measured in picocuries per liter of air (pCi/L).

4 pCi/L or higher: the EPA recommends fixing the home. Book a free mitigation estimate.
2 to 4 pCi/L: the EPA recommends considering mitigation. There’s no known safe level of radon.
Below 2 pCi/L: retest every couple of years, and after any major renovation.
