Radon mitigation system installation

We design and install the right system for your home’s construction: basement slab, crawl space, well water, or a combination. Every system is built to last and installed by NRPP-certified technicians.

How an installation works

  1. Free consultation

We look at your foundation type, water source and current radon levels, and design the system before any work begins.

  2. System design

We pick the method that fits: sub-slab, sub-membrane, radon well or vent fan, based on your home’s conditions.

  3. Installation day

Most installs take half a day. We install the system, seal the openings where radon gets in, and run a post-mitigation diagnostic.

  4. Post-install test

We recommend a follow-up test 24–48 hours after installation to confirm levels are below the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L.

What a good installation looks like

Where the pipe and fan go matters as much as the fan itself.

Installation questions

How long does an installation take?

Most standard sub-slab or sub-membrane installations take 2–4 hours. Water treatment and radon well installations can take longer. We’ll give you a precise estimate after the free consultation.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. We need access to your basement, crawl space or water system, and we walk you through the finished system before we leave.

What if my levels don’t drop enough?

We guarantee it: if your levels don’t drop below 4 pCi/L, we make it right.
